Bridging Schools, Families, and Communities to Help Students Succeed
Welcome to Collegiate High School! We are proud to offer support for military families as they face unique life challenges. Military children are resilient but oftentimes struggle with deployment separations, social-emotional setbacks, and unknown transitions. Change is difficult, and at CHS we want to provide a positive learning environment, along with mental health support and guidance. Our faculty and staff receive annual training to maintain awareness of all students in need. We look forward to working with our students and parents as they navigate unpredictable life events. Please feel free to contact our school if you have any questions. Go Raiders!
Peer Transition Program: We are piloting a peer-to-peer program in the 2024-2025 school year where students serve on the transition team to familiarize new students with the school campus and lead other military students in regular peer meetings.
Professional Development: Collegiate High School faculty and staff receive annual professional development concerning how to identify and respond to the needs of military students and their families.
Open Enrollment: The school reserves at least 5% of enrollment seats, as defined in section 1002.31, F.S., for military students.
