2025-2026 Collegiate High School Applications

Collegiate High School Application Instructions

Collegiate High School applications will be completed online. The online program has two components, Lotterease and Enrollease and the programs work seamlessly with one another. Parents will receive confirmation emails from both programs throughout the application, lottery, and enrollment process. The program automatically directs you through the application process; however, you may refer to the steps below if you have questions or require more information.

1.       Create an account with Lotterease to begin the application process.

  • The first part of registration is the PARENT account portion, please use parent information when answering questions.

  • Begin application at the Parent Registration Form

  • Upon completion of the parent information, you will be taken to a page to enter your child’s information.

2.       Select the lottery/program for your student. If you are unsure of the program to select during the registration process, please visit the Collegiate High School Programs to learn more information.
